Often caused by an infection of the inner ear, where your balance mechanism is sited. See a doctor and anti biotics will sort it out or just sit back and wait and your own body defences will deal with it. The latter could take a while.

I've just been reading about it a lot... and depending on the SORT of tinnitus, the vertigo differs too. So, in some cases the hearing aid has to suppress the excess noise, but as for dizzyness, there seems to be very little info on how to solve it, other than first determining which sort of tinnitus you have causing the vertigo. At least, if you mean loss of balance. If you mean fear of hights... that's different all together... and somehow I think you already know this.... ;-)) If I come across any more handy info.... I'll pass it your way.

arthritis. what do you mean exactly. Is it pain in the knees joint etc. Or body ache.
