Who says I don’t care about the environment? I spent £3000 ($6000) installing solar panels on my roof to heat my hot water, which, I would wager, is a damn sight more than some Global Warming Alarmists have done.
Anyway, to answer you question…
You say “what if some how global warming was real”
The problem is, it’s a very big *if*. Everything will be destroyed (as you alarmingly predict) only…
*If* the current rise in temperature has been correctly measured.
And…
*If* the effects of CO2 on temperature are correctly assessed.
And…
*If* we suddenly stop technological development that may well cause us to stop, or reduce, our CO2 output anyway.
And…
*If* the projected future rise in temperature turns out to be correct.
And…
*If* the rise in temperature causes all the “bad things” you mention to happen on a scale “where every thing is being destroyed”.
Then, yes, I probably will regret it.
But that’s an awful lot of *ifs* isn’t it?
Personally, I betting it’s never going to happen.
Let me ask you this: Since an asteroid strike would cause a far greater catastrophe than global warming ever could, why aren’t you screaming for orbital missile platforms to be established to protect us?
Because no one’s manipulating and brainwashing you into thinking abut asteroids, that’s why.
As ever with global warming - don't believe the hype.

Well, so far, floods, hurricanes, heat and other weather disastors have happened consistently since humans can remember..In the old days, it was because the wicked were being punished by God. Now, its Al Gore punishing the evil users of oil and other sources of energy. But it is OK to have large concerts all over the world that use up a lot of energy just in time for future elections..Perhaps, the next time all of us concerned global warming experts should promote a concert with all green energy and use only acoustic instraments that are hand made with manual tools..The concerts should be within walking distance so that no one has to use a car, bus, train or airplane to get there and all the food should be completely organic and not processed using anything directly associated with any type of fuel!

First off calling people dumb won’t get you an answer. It will make people think less of you and it won’t change anyone’s mind, in fact it’ll make them less likely to listen to you. Even fewer people will take you seriously when you call them dumb and can’t spell correctly or spell out the word you.
How do you know they don’t care about the environment? Many people who don’t believe in global warming do care about the environment, or do they have to believe in global warming in order to care for the environment?
I can PROVE global warming is happening; it’s happen in the past and is probably happening now. Just like the global has cooled in the past and will in the future. What I have a problem with is that we are putting all the blame on CO2. Man is responsible for about 25% of all the addition CO2 in the atmosphere. Yet, man is blamed for all of the temperature change. Even the IPCC tells you man isn’t responsible for all the CO2. So even if you stop all of man made CO2, the CO2 levels will still go up.
Now hurricanes go in cycles, we are coming out of a low cycle. That is we are coming out of a period where we had fewer hurricanes then we had in the past. Also don't forget if the air temperature is increasing the strength of a hurricane will decrease, the strength of a hurricane come from the difference from the temperature of the ocean and the air. If the temperature of the ocean and air are the same you can’t have a hurricane. Or do you contend that the ocean is warming faster then the air temperature, if so post links to your data. I for one would like to see it.
Now, we’ve have floods, and survived, we’ve had heat waves that have killed 5,000 people or more, in the 1930’s, and we survived. So we’re not going to destroy the planet or man for that matter.
Now if you want to talk regrets, what about Kyoto, we were going to spend billions of dollars, and some countries have and continue to spend billions every year to reduce the temperature a whole 0.05 degrees C by the year 2,050, a temperature change so small that we can’t measure it.
Wouldn’t have been so much better to invest some of it in algae oil? What never heard of algae oil, it’s was a government program from the 1970’s to make us energy independent. They had a strain of algae that produced 50% of its weight in oil. Had they continued the program we would be energy independent right now. But the price of oil went down, and algae oil couldn’t compete price wise. Had the global warming crowd push for that then you have a win, win. We could produce enough fuel to supply ALL our energy needs, without using food crops. We could easily grow algae where other crops couldn’t grow. It doesn’t add to CO2, and with a little more research you could replace jet fuel, but then the money wouldn’t stick to “right” hands.
I regret that the IPCC wouldn’t release the data until after they issued the summary and their conclusions I regret that they issued a summary and conclusion before the paper was done. I regret the IPCC stated that they would make sure the papers would match their conclusions
“Changes (other than grammatical or minor editorial changes) made after acceptance by the Working Group or the Panel shall be those necessary to ensure consistency with the Summary for Policymakers or the Overview Chapter”
http://www.ipcc.ch/about/app-a.pdf
Wouldn’t it have been much better to issue the paper to review first, check out the skeptics concerns and address them? Then issue a summary. But instead they all but said we think this and we’ll make sure the papers support us. That’s good science for you.
So from what I see of the pro-man made global warming crowd is that they are anti-capitalists, and they want the power to tell you and me what we can and can’t buy, how we must live, what we must eat, what kind of house we must live in, etc. And the rules apply to everyone, but them of course, they need jet airplanes, huge houses, big cars, because they need these thing to do the good work they do.
Yep, you only need to look at Al Gore’s house and compare it to George Bush’s house to see that.

I wouldn't regret it. I would say that "Its the natural order of life. Species come and go just as the Dinosaurs did and flourished on earth for 150 million years. Until a simple meteorite of 10km in diamator made earth uninhabitable for millions of years."
We're gonna die anyway so why not by this so called 'global warming'? Is there a difference in the way you die?

I think that people who don't believe in global warming have problems. People who don't believe in it should watch the film "the day after tomorrow". If that doesn't change their opinions then nothing will.

Honestly, they won't be around to regret it. They usually attribute these things to a natural cycle anyway.
