Take your cat to a vet. Call and explain your financial situation to them and see if they will arrange payments.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR CAT ASPIRIN without consulting a vet, FIRST. You could KILL her.

NO Asprin!! Good grief the advice below can kill her!!
The most ever ordered is part of a baby aspirin every 72 hours and they hurt the cat!!
A dislocated hip hurts like heck. You can not keep her home and hope to treat her with a pain pill!! She has to see a vet and you need to call around and find one that will let you pay in a couple payments. I have fixed a dislocated cats hip myself but I can't tell you how. I am a nurse and knew the things. It worked but I was lucky. The pain that baby kitten was in that I found was horrific. When you get her to a vet ask for a pain reliever to give her for a couple days and ask that it be easy for the tummy. He won't order aspirin if he is a good vet.
Please let us know you have a time to take her in today.
13 is young she can have a happy life till into her 20's.

My 12 pound cat has either strained ligaments or a fractured leg. He's been limping in severe pain on 3 legs now for a week. I can't afford to take him to the vet so I figured as a last resort I'd try giving him a baby aspirin (after feeding him). In only about an hour he seems to be relieved of much pain and not sick at all. Time will tell but if he isn't showing any ill effects of the aspirin, I'll give him another tomorrow. But keep in mind... he's a tough, outside cat.

Human meds can kill cats, so don't even try it.
Arrange with the vets for payment plans, your animal is in intense pain and can't wait a month or two. There could be a broken bone involved or crushed vertebrae, and long term waiting on this will possibly turn things badly for the cat.
If you broke your arm would you want aspirin for weeks till someone figured they should take you in? She's in agony, get her to the vet and work out a payment plan.

From Dr. Karl: http://www.abc.net.au/science/k2/homework/s95551.htm
"Recently on the Morning Show, we were asked if you can give your cat painkillers. The short answer is - most probably NOT. So next time your cat's looking a bit seedy, think twice before you give it any of your tried-and-true hangover cures.
If you know what you're doing, you can give aspirin to your cat. But cats have different metabolisms to humans, and can break aspirin down only very slowly. So while you can give aspirin to a human at doses of 10mg/kg of body weight every 6 hours, with a cat, you can give the same dose (10 mg/kg) - but every 48 hours, not 6 hours. That's the timing for anti-platelet activity. If you want to relieve pain in a cat, the dose is a little bigger (10-25 mg/kg), and timing is perhaps more frequent (24-48 hours). Aspirin in high doses gives a cat hepatitis, gastric irritation, and respiratory problems. Basically, giving a cat aspirin is very risky. But paracetamol (tylenol or acetaminophen) is worse, because cats can't get rid of it. You should never ever give a cat any tylenol. Their liver goes to lunch, giving them jaundice, they get swelling of the face and neck, and their red blood cells can break down, giving them haemoglobin in the urine. It's a horrible death. "
Take kitty to the dr. Ask if you can make payments, or ask if there is a clinic in the area. If you can't afford to pay for her pain medication, have the vet put her down. It's the kindest thing to do. Best of luck.

No Drug is somewhat secure... there are continuously ingredient consequences that contain prescription and nonprescription drugs... that's larger to be secure than SORRY--SO i could ask a Vet first previously giving your cat ANY DRUG... Aspirin is a BLOOD THINNER--as with any drugs weight concerns... in my opinion i don't think of you may desire to supply your cat aspirin through dimensions of your cat. your cat could pass out or have recommendations harm through loss of oxygen being pushed threw blood vessels into the recommendations... whether you supply basically the mind-blowing volume--Your cat will nonetheless be very vulnerable and could even have worry respiratory... DISCLAIMER* not one of the advice given right here has been approved by ability of the FDC or any scientific practising... PLEASE seek for suggestion previously GOING forward WITH something dealing with ANIMALS... thank you,

I heard that it is common to give to dogs but cats cannot have asprin. Cats metabolize it very slowly (about 3-4 days) and as a result death may occur.

Oh, dude! Thats terrible. But sometimes we had to let things go. Your cat looks like she had it enough. Maybe its 'time' since she had live long enough. Dont worry, you seems to be a good keeper. She'll be happy.
