It is tough. A professional in this field needs to always keep in mind of just what they are doing concerning what you've commented on. These issues that you are expressing are not professional nor quality work in this line of healthcare.

If you choose to mention these issues to that person, be sure to not have any emotional upsets when you get feed back that is negative. Next, you need to give examples of what that person is doing so that they will understand what you are talking about clearly.
Many mental health workers are overworked/tired. Because of this, they MUST care for themselves too, and seek help to prevent any possible abuses to any clients!

It is critical that the professional keeps those kind of things out of his/her work and 'in check' as the recipient is going to receive some possible bad guidance. This is a very heavy accusation. This is a very important issue to have looked into. A professional needs to have a clear mind and not project towards others. If there are problems, that person needs to speak with a supervisor to 'iron out' any issues and to avoid mental fatigue at work themself.

If YOU are the client, I'd suggest that you call in to ANOTHER supervisor/therapist to 'report' a possible fatigue issue with that therapist. Be sure again, to give examples on what the issues were concerning and any dates. Good luck.

So what, mental health attracts people that have problems. They love pointing out little things other people do and it's obvious they are screwed up.
