Royquel already answered, so I'll just add for other tasks (since adjusting to Word 2007 isn't so simple): In Word 2007, click on Help (The little ? mark to the right-hand end of the Menu bar. Then select What's New, Reference: Locations of Word 2003 Commands in Word 2007 and then click on Word Ribbon Mapping Workbook.

click on format then select change case

v.v??? ... ooooo i get you now lol. high light the text and keep pressing [shift] + [F3] It will change the begining of the words with capital letters the second time the whole lot with go to capital letters and the third time back to little letter.

You have to re-type it. There is no simple fix for that.
