All I did was remove the front right caliper and was wondering if it's necessary to have to bleed the front and back when I only worked on the front?

On this truck the front and rear brakes are seperate. The only way you can get air in the back wheels when you work on the front is to run the master cylinder out of fluid. Bleed the one you replaced and you should be good.

you might not need to but ask your self if it s worth 15 or 20 minutes work to make sure that the brake system will work

yes the whole system should be bled, the brake fluid should be changed every year or so anyway to get rid of moisture and any dirt etc
