No. The fundamentalist religious type rely heavily on scare tactics. They attempt to gain converts by preaching that everyone that does not agree with them will go to hell.

No. The reason that they can not or will not preach without bashing other religions is because their religion teaches them that it is the only right religion. If they did not bash other religions their followers would then start questioning their teachings. Once the questions started and they discovered different answers from what they have been taught they would then start questioning their religion and beliefs. And the religion that they once knew would no longer be.

Define bashing. 'Nobody Important' has a very valid point. If your definition of bashing is simply saying, "This is what I believe," then no they cannot.
You were smart enough to make a differentiation between fundamentalists and evangelist in your question, however.
I have observed that the major difference between a fundamentalist and and evangelical Christian is that the fundamentalist preaches damnation and condemnation while the evangelical preaches salvation and grace. The message of fundamentalism is that if you disobey God you're en route to hell. Evangelism's message is the opposite, that the gift of God is eternal life in his kingdom.
Fundamentalists bash, while Evangelicals bless. Fundamentalists say why everyone else is wrong, while Evangelicals focus on why they're right. The difference is subtle, and a matter of semantics, but it is there.

there are assorted solutions to this question.they do no longer hassle me anymore.yet they used to.before I understood. Now i like to take heed to see if what they're shouting is the reality or in the event that they're in user-friendly terms a huge poof of air.Sorry yet I do have self assurance that lots of them are.yet for despite reason they experience that that's a thank you to God. Now i'm speaking approximately people who stand on street corners.i understand the single women in our city does this just to alleviate stress. perhaps while she feels tempted by the international ,or she has pent up power.i do no longer understand.yet they do no longer harm all people and the are not begging for nutrients or money. So why does this hassle you lots?in case you're speaking of those on television turn the station in case you do no longer like it.no one forces you to pay attention.attain down interior and sweetness why they hassle you.you're able to be blessed interior the approach.

Absolutely not. The Christian faith rests on dividing people into two categories: the 'saved' and the 'damned'; and you'd better believe it's insulting to be told you're going to a place of eternal suffering and torment because you're following the 'wrong' religion. Even if this is not directly stated, it's implicit in the religion itself.

Yes it is possible, We are to preach the gospel, Christ crucified, rose again on the third day, ascended to the father, sits at the right hand of God. And that no man comes to the father but through Jesus Christ. As far as bashing, sometimes its allot of show, cant stand it makes me sick!

I am not sure if it is possible but I do not want to go to a church that bashes other religions....that is not right. I have family members that are Roman/Maronite Catholic, a grandfather that was a Holiness preacher, a grandma that is Baptist, etc. You are suppose to be going to church to better yourself not to bash others.

I'm a Christian and I sure wish they would. Offering a helping hand and bashing people for what they think, are two different things.

please define bashing. If by bashing you mean insulting and hatred for others who do not believe as they do- then yes, I would agree that Christians should not do that. By the way, I am a Christian, if you haven't figured that out by now. But if you mean by bashing- sharing the Love of Jesus, and preaching the good news of salvation that can only be found in Jesus- that is not bashing. Which do you mean?

Every religion says that it is the only true religion, so why do people get down on Christians for saying that Christianity is the only way? Many other religions don't get nearly as much slack for doing much worse things.
