Many Witches "gather" for rituals BUT, it is NOT like the Christians. first off, we do not gather in large numbers. Rarely are there more than 13 for a worship gathering and most often it is less that 7. In fact the overwhemlming majority of Wiccans tend to be solitary, doing their worship in the privacy of their own homes or in some wild area where they won't be disturbed. Christians tend to have a specific PLACE for worship that is ALWAYS the same (a Church), Wiccans may celebrate in a person's home, the woods, the seashore, the mountains, alongside a river or lake, pretty much any place and may NEVER be the same place twice in a row.

Although there are a number of very large, inter-traditional celebrations at Paganfests in various places around the world. However, these tend to be the exception rather than the rule. The numbers tend to be lower in group rites as each Witch has a specific role to play in the rite and is an active participant. Christians tend to have more of a passive role in their services which are LED by a minister or priest with the laity merely making a respionce based on What the minister/priest is leading with. Wiccan rites are not LED by anyone and the Role of Hihg Priest/Priestess is mostly an honorary role with little to no actual LEADING the coven throughout the rite. Each celebrant is a priest/priestess in his.her own right and at anytime may conduct the entire ritual, as long as there is a consensus by all present.

I answer this question as a Pagan Crafter only because I want to clarify this 'gathering to worship' idea. When one is in Crafting we use so many natural items, we are surrounded in our homes by these things and for myself, even though we do have gatherings, I find that every time my eye catches a stone, an herb, a symbol, a pic., or anything that has to do with my natural crafting I am reminded in that moment of Goddess and feel my connection. Every day is a worship of the Goddess. Many moments in the day until I am in constant worship of her. Until my life is a prayer unto her. Perhaps I would be called a Pagan Fundie!
Knowing the Goddess is outside in everything I know she is inside of me too. This connection keeps my awares on her at all times and hence, the gatherings are remarkable and fun but, walking in her presence every day is what is most important to me.

Do Wiccans gather? Yes, many Wiccans will celebrate the seasonal holidays (Sabbats) in groups, as well as sometimes for full moon rituals. Do they gather "like Christians do"? No, not really - the celebrations are very different.

However, there are also many who follow their religion as Solitaries, meaning that they aren't part of a larger group, so no, they wouldn't gather with others to worship - they'd have their Sabbats and celebrations on their own.

There are Wiccan/Pagan chapters in the Unitarian Universalist faith that meet in a group called CUUPS , and many of those people regularly attend Sunday services with the regular congregation.
But as a general rule most Wiccans/Pagans either are solitaries or only meet up on the high holy days and special occasions such as betrothment ceremonies ( Year and a Day ceremony, which is a Pagan service for a trial marriage, And Hand-Fasting
which is the full monty, permanent Marriage).

we even have 'communion'. the ritual meal was a common element of pre-christian pagan ceremonies. most pagans only gather on the sabats, and many wiccan covens gather at the full moon. some also gather at the new moon. now that paganism is more widely accepted, more and more of us are attending public sabbats.
