You will have to declare that you were in an accident when taking the medical exam, you should also bring along any relevant paperwork from your doctor and x-rays from the hospital.

You do not say how bad the break was, if any surgery was required at the time (if so they will see the scar).You will also have to take the PT tests so any weakness will show up in basic training.

You'll be asked about it at MEPS. Be honest about where, why, how, etc.

As long as it works correctly like it did before (I assume!) you'll be just fine.

Considering the circumstances right now, they will probably take you with one leg, deaf, and blind.
