Not commonly.
More likely you had a cold sore on your lip (even as a kid), touched it, then peed and touched your penis.
This mode of herpes transmission is common - be careful.
Also, do NOT rub your eye.
herpetic conjunctivitis is really scary.
Can lose vision and it is hard to treat.
1) Don;t touch cold sores or herpetic lesions.
2) If you forget and touch them - wash your hands off immediately.

i don't think so but if she has herpes, she should be treated and you should wash your hands.
i'm confused. what do you mean when you say you come from a place where g. warts are common? do you mean the area in which you live?
edit- sorry, i thought you meant over her panties.it is possible if you were in her pants.
