hmm for 6 days a week every of the day im planning to jog/walk for 45 min and use the elliptical for 45 min in that day but at drifferent time is that healthy wise to do ? and please tell any other information

It is important to be consistent in your exercise.
90 minutes is a long time if you can do it that would be good.

Anything over 20 to 30 minutes is usually thought to be enough to maintain cardiovascular conditioning. So you would be burning calories, if that is your objective and developing your cardiovascular system.

If you have not been doing exercise, or not close to this much exercise you might want to ease into it and alternate days until your body is used to it.

Using elliptical is not bad. Your only giving some additional work out in your body.

yes 90 minutes of cardio is great for you. Let your body tell you if you are overdoing it.
