i dont know the proper foods for acne!!! i have a BADD case.

try several fruits and vegetables and try avoiding sweets as much as you can i'm not positive but i think excercising helps too
here are some fruits that i think would really help:

apples
oranges
banannas
apricots
cherries
plums
strawberries
kiwi
watermelon
grapefruit
grapes
tomatoes



vegetables:

carrots
broccoli
cauliflower
spinach
salad
green beans
peas
corn
cucumbers

I have heard of chocolate, but nothing else. If I was gonna take a guess I'd say greasy food. I know that drinking plenty of water will help with acne. There are other causes, too, though. Hormones are probably the number 1.

eat lots of fresh frutit and veg and rink lots of water. try to avoid junk food even though i know its hard,treat yourself every week. Use a clay mask every week and also cleanse tone and mouiteruise moning and night, also exfoliate twice to three times a week. hope i helped:)

almost all fruits and vegetables are good for the skin so try adding them more in your diet. tomatoes, papaya, cucumbers are especially good for the skin.
