I'm only 17 but lately when I ever I leave my left hand alone or it's not doing something it like shakes and I'm not even controlling it to shake like right now it's like full on shaking

as a 15 year old I caught Bell's Palsy

could there be something wrong with me?

At 17, it is extremely unlikely that you have Parkinson's disease. However, no one but a doctor can diagnose you so see a doctor and get checked out.

Chances are, your tremors are simply the result of an impinged nerve due to the position in which you have your arm or hand. Other causes are:
too much caffeine
fatigue
hypoglycemia (low blood sugar...need to eat)
stress
anxiety
alcohol consumption
hyperthyroidism

Chances are, all is well but make an appointment and have the doctor check you out to be on the safe side.

I just want to echo the first answer - you really need to get to a doctor to have it checked.
