the thing is is that back in may 2005 i had a car accident but i had full coverage with $5000 to cover my medical bills. turns out my insurance company never paid for these 3 bills! So now i have poor credit! Now my insurance is saying that they can still pay them! but the damage is already done! after sending them my bills to them AGAIN what will happen with my credit score or report? will it still be bad? or can i dispute this and get it off my record cause my insurrance lied to me saying they had paid my bills and another thing it took them two years to fianlly pay the other party. and they only paid it because i was now being sued! what can i do about this matter?

Credit reports can be repaired when it is not your fault.

First go to annual creditreports.com and see what each of the three credit report agencies says about you. It is free if you have not used them for a year for three reports.

There may be inaccuracies other than the one that you are writing about.

You may not have as yet solved the problem with the insurance company. Send the bills o them with a covering letter. Keep copies and send the letter so that you get a return receipt. Check to see that the bills have indeed been paid. If there still is a problem threaten to contact the state insurance department an d then do it if necessary. You will now have needed documentation.

In the meantime and afterwards pay all of your bills on time, and reduce your credit card debt if you have it by paying off the credit card with the highest interest rate first.

Good luck.

I have been to "many" different credit repair sites on the web. Some were pretty good and some were pretty bad. I refuse to use a websitemy rights and using them.Don't pay for information that you can find for free.

To select a credit repair service requires a lot of homework from your side. Any wrong move and you could find yourself in trouble. To the extent that you may even be fined or imprisoned for a certain period. Which is why, you must ensure the following points before choosing a credit repair service.

First of all, be sure that this time they actually DO pay the bills.

You can put information into your credit report basically giving your side on info you are protesting - contact the three credit reporting agencies re how to do that. Since these actually are legitimate bills that weren't paid, I'm not sure whether that will be available to you on these, but ask them.

Good luck.
