its from a song (Spiegelbilder--E Nomine) and im not sure what it means, or what language it is. it is in the chorus.

Without full context, it's hard to tell.

There are two words in Latin that may be the source of Specula.

One is 'Specula'. That's a singular noun meaning 'watchtower, lookout post, etc.'

The other is 'Speculum', which has the plural form 'specula'. That does mean mirrors, but it also may mean 'copies, imitations'

'Spectri' is a form that means of (or belonging to) specters.

Three shots at it:

Watchtower of the specters

Copies of the specters.

Imitations of specters.

Well I dont know it to have any meaning in german. In latin though I believe it means:

Mirror Shadows i.e. the shadows of the mirror
or
Mirror Specters i.e. the specters of the mirror

I looked it up... it said it means "observe spectri" in Latin, but when I looked them up in German it said it meant "woodpecker woodpecker."

???
