it depends on where they work. how good they are. how the patrons tip.
there is no set answer for this question.
if you work a high end hot spot bar in a casino you can make a lot i'm sure. if you work a dive bar off the strip you probly don't make as much

The biggest earners are the "flair-tenders". They are the ones who toss bottles and glasses, making drinks with acrobatic style. And they get paid very well. In a busy bar, they will probably walk away with 5 or 6 hundred a night. But it takes real skill to get those jobs.
