Okay to everyone,......I just wanna know how pretty I am.......I have a totaly great personality! I am nice to EVERYBODY, even mean people........I babysit for my mom and for my Aunts and I go visit the elderly and I realy love everybody
I just wanna know how I look physicley......like to people I don't know

No, it doesn't matter. It is obvious that what you need to improve is not how you look. Wear a smile. That is the most important thing you can do to improve your appearance.
It's how you think and what you think about that you need to improve. Your appearance is not the most important thing about you. Are you kind and considerate to others? Do you treat everyone with respect? Do you spend time helping people? Do you take responsibility for yourself? These are important things.

You won't become pretty, if I say you are pretty and you won't become ugly, if I say you are ugly.
What does it mean? It means others are no judge of your being pretty. If you feel yourself pretty, you are otherwise not.
Everything which you don't like in other girls, is bad in you if it is there.
You shall improve by only removing 'bad' from you, 'good' automatically be coming then.

Add volume to your hair. Maybe cut it in layers or something dont just leave it all straight.
