LOL, that's hardly an age gap at ALL. That's really nothing. Now say for instance if you're 14 and he's 18, that's baaaaaad. Or if you're 16 and he's 20. Just as bad. But if you're older like 20 and he's 24 or you're 24 and he's 28, totally fine. :)

There's really nothing wrong with dating an older guy/girl. When it comes to these kinds of things age doesn't matter. Love can't be avoided and who cares if you love someone who's a lot older than you. As long as you are happy, then go for it! XD

It works if she is 18 or older. Would be quite strange if he is 17 or under. Can be disastrous if 18 is in between. It wouldn't be very common until after college since most people are only 3 years apart in high school and college. You seldom interact with someone 4 years younger/older.
However, this is fairly common after college. I know numerous people who have dated girls 4 years younger, myself included.

oh that's nothing. my roommate 23 was dating a 35 year old for a while. i think anything less than 10 years is fine (assuming the girl is at least 18 of course!)

it depends though,
like say you are 14 and hes 18,
thats not really that bad,
but if your 17 and hes 21,
or your 13 and hes 17,
its kind of gross to me.
idk though its a double standard.
but age is just a number.
unless your 13 and hes like 53.

4 years might be pushing it. but the older you are, the less of a gap it seems. (or so im told --parents just might lie!!)

try 10 I am dating a guy who is 10years older than me and I think that it's cool only if it's legal and the two of them respect one another's age and differences.

depends.....you talkin 15 to 19 or 25 to 29?? nah, i take it back.....that's not a big gap. most girls are more mature, so i say go for it!
