Me thinks that God loves and cares for all of His creation. As a genuine Sasquatch who believes, I know that He is there for me. I am part of His creation as are you.
A robot, on the other hand, would be a creation of humankind. Thus, it would be up to humankind to care for and support such a being.

only if he prays to mechanicus, god of robots and free-will toaster ovens. mechanicus was actually one of the 12 olympians, but he relied on zeus to recharge his batteries.
i think we all know where this story is going... suffice to say that on the 3rd millennium [circa bce oct 30, 1212 to december 26, 1863 ce], mechanicus arose from the dead, and behold! he had a conical head with steam coming out. today, he's best known as the tin man, but he has since upgraded to lithium ion and ditched the funnel. but fear not, believers, for oz was fictional [apologies to you dorothites and ozists], and mechanicus has in fact always had a heart [it's gold. gold is a better conductor of electricity.].

that would be considering a robot a could think for itself. robots are not advanced enough to understand anything except their own movements and how to avoid or cause certain collisions.
so NO... God would not hear the robots prayers nor answer them. The only prayer He would hear is that of the person who is programming the robot.

He will hear but he won't answer...robots are not His creations.....and they(robots) don't have need and never will...even if robots wereable to mass produce themselves the'd be the clone of the original.....hence nothing would be different amoungst them...its only humans who are different health/wealth/wisdom wise....so we ask for whatever we require over/to match someoneelse who we admire....

A robot? Robots aren't living you know. They have no feelings, mind, etc. The only reason why they would pray to God is because they were programmed to.

It'll be just like what happens if a human prays.
There'll be no one there to hear or answer the prayer because god doesn't exist.

I wasn't aware that humaniform robots capable of independent intelligent thought existed. You have proof they do?
