I am sure that you mean MSRA? Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus . Here is a link:

There isn't anything called Shaemoly. It would help to know what the source was ie Stool Culture, Respiratory etc. Shigella is the closest I can think of to what you said. Shigella is a bacteria that causes gastroenteritis.
