Yes, she probably likes you. But she obviously wants to touch you. Watch and see if she tickles and hugs lots of people or only a few. Some people are very touchy-feely and it's not so significant if they want to touch you. They want to touch everyone.

More than likely that deepends on her personality. There's a girl at school that like that but she's like that with everyone because she loves to make sure every one's happy or at least looks hppy. and since I'm more orf the loner sorrow type she tries harder around me to make me smile and ironicaly she's been able to smile on the outside instead of the inside.

its really kind of hard to call, but it depends on how long you two have been friends or whatever. If this has been going on for a while, then she might like you, and then if you like her just go for it. If its something recent, then be a little more cautious because it could just be what mood she is in or something else like that.

its her silly way of flirting. i done it to a guy before and he asked me out the next day. i think you would have to settle with a tickle back! (maybe see what happens! )

probably, perhaps you should try asking her?? if not, doing some flirting back and see how she responds. or if you aren't interested in her at all, just respond negatively if you don't have the guts to tell her the next time she tries that. it sounds to me like she is into you.
