usually in baking c. means measuring cup, so 2 c sugar would be 2 cups of sugar,make sure to use your dry measuring cup.

When baking a cake or any other sort of cooking at all here's the measurement terms:

c = cups
tbs= tablespoons
tsp = teaspoons

and those are the basics

That means cups dear. They should make it clearer by spelling the whole word.
Just as tsp. means teaspoons and tbs. means tablespoons......can be confusing.
Oh yes make sure you use measuring cups and measuring spoons.
