for the past 3 days I have been throwing up everything i ate during the day around 7 or 8 at night. I take medicine for strep throat could that be it? also take medicine for heart problems.

Yes you need to go. A patient who vomits and has a cardiovascular problem, spells trouble. It may be progressing into something because of the strep infection. Remember a strep infection leads to Rheumatic Heart Fever or even to Rheumatic Heart Disease, since you already have a heart problem, the infection could have reached its toll on you heart. Please go to the ER.

If you're taking an antibiotic for the strep, it might make you puke everything you're eating. I would call the doctor who prescribed the medicine and tell him/her that you can't keep any food down. S/he may recommend either ceasing the meds or going to the emergency room.
