There is an excellent article on the new creation museum in kentucky in this months skeptic amgazine. The to scale model of noah's ark complete with dinosaurs, who convieniently became vegetarians for the duration of the trip so as to not eat all the other animals, and put less of a strain on the ship will less "food" animals being needed . The article is absolutely hilarious and is not even written from any sarcastic perspective. You really should check it out.

I think it is the thinking of the people who run it that would be the artifacts. Like in an olden days "freak show".

To try to make it appear more legit.

I live about 10 minutes from it... here, it's a HUGE joke. I don't know of anyone who has went to it, not even to see what it's like. Though Ham claims in the news that many local people have went to it. I can't wait to find out if he's going to lose the museum all together after all the fraud he's being accused of.

No, museums do not have to contain "artifacts". Art museums contain art, for example.
A museum is "a depository for collecting and displaying objects having scientific or historical or artistic value ".

Yeah. They usually contain historical facts, too. Go figure.

Using that criteria, the "Creation Museum" would be an empty warehouse, wouldn't it? And then what would we make fun of?

Maybe there are really old people there acting as the artifacts, claiming that they were around when the world was created.

It could happen...

I think they mean museum in the sense that it tells "history".
Uh. Lol.
I saw a billboard for it and it made me laugh. Silly people.

Yeah...cause the museum of natural art has artifacts?

Maybe you should actually know what the hell you're ******* talking about because the creation museum "brings the bible to life"....just like the museum of art is for artists, the creation museum is for religious people...and those who aren't too closed minded to go just to have a good time watching the bible since they're too "busy" to read it...
