I would suggest you spay your dog if you have no intention of breeding the dog.
Are you exercising the dog 30-45 minutes a day? Is the dog working for food? She needs to.
Are you feeding the dog too many treats or people food?
If so, stop it now.
Make a feeding schedule twice a day. Put the food in a bowl and offer it for only 15 minutes. If the dog does not eat it too bad, take it up and wait until the second feeding later in the day. Do this until the dog realizes you are in control of the food. The dog will not starve to death.
If this feeding schedule does not promote hunger I highly suggest you take the dog to the vet to seek further investigation into the reasons why the dog is not eating.

Your dog just had her period?
Take that dog to the vet
Edit*
I was going to make some very funny but cruel remarks since dogs don't have periods. (Good eye Pro dog trainer...I'll bet)
Instead I pondered on this subject for a min and came up with a better idea. Dogs may bleed or spot as that one poster said but the do not shed eggs like humans do. You will not notice a dogs period due to the fact it comes out in urine. The bleeding is and correct me if I'm wrong pro dog trainer the first stage of her heat cycle. It really only means that you need to keep her separate from other dogs. Unless you want puppies. Small dogs tend to be real moody so maybe its just a phase but if it persists go see the vet

If this has been going on for more than a couple of days, I would suggest taking her to the vet. Did it start at the same time she began spotting (doggy 'period')? If it did it could be that dogs have the same PMS/period symptoms as humans, but I'm not sure.
Unless you are a breeder or are planning on breeding her, you should get her spayed. It will stop the spotting (no more stains on carpets) and prevent homeless puppies.

First of all its called the heat cycle, and dogs do have similar syptoms as humans, they become lazy, lethargic and need time to recover. Especially if its her first one, she doesnt know whats going on with her body.
You should get her fixed, this will help her feel better and become a normal happy dog.

first of all you need to go take her to the vet. when my dog gets her period it smells but not bad. it has a slight smell to it. so if your dog is reaking take it to the vet. also make sure you bathe her. pomeranians have long hair and that blood coming out can build up on her hair and stink. you need to just go get her a check up and make sure she is fine because she should not be changing her eating during heat. you really should check in getting her fixed. it is messy and they go in heat 2x's a year. you can buy diapers for her with the pads to put in it. my dog ate hers off. please give her a bath after you take her to vet. she could have a cold or be sick if she is not eating and less energy. good luck. poor puppy. and i feel for you. dog's go in heat around their 6th month. they don't bleed as bad as we do. but it is messy. i put old sheets on the floor for my dog. keep her off the furniture. and yeah to all those out their a dog gets a heat which is like a period. now a cat is different you will not see blood they have clear stuff come out of them. but dogs' oh yeah blood it is.
