The answer is ..

You don't know the answer to true happiness for anyone but yourself to profess otherwise is a lie..

Each person is an individual, each individual finds his or her own true happiness in a different way.. There is no magic pill or philosophy that will make every individual truly happy..

Well, first I would ponder if it had actually worked. Then I would ponder upon the nature of happiness, and whether one can truly ever be happy (happiness largely being the state when all other emotions fail to influence you). Then, I may tell others of it. But, of course, you must simply be referring to Prozac....

Happiness, like everything else is a choice, a difficult choice at times but still a choice. it takes a lot of practice and a lot of making yourself laugh instead of cry, it is worth the work, every minute will not be happy but overall a better life you will live.

No one could be truly happy while withholding the keys to happiness from the rest of the world.

If it's a secret, and meant to be one, why are you offering to tell it? Shouldn't you keep it, isn't that what a secret is?

Let others find it themselves.

the problem with telling everyone is that no one will believe you, so you would be wasting your breath. Yeah, I too know the answer, and was at one time foolish enough to try to tell people, and was laughed at for my effort. Then I realized, you cannot tell people anything, they have to learn for themselves.

If I felt it was the truth, yes, I'd share. If it was only an opinion, probably not.
