Hey, Im 14 yrs old, I weigh 117 lbs, and Im 5 feet 4 and a 1/2 inches. Im happy with my weight, but I want to eat healthier. could u help me? I need to know what i can eat for breakfast thats low calories, and healthy, but is a big enough breakfast to keep me enorgized. also I need to know what I could eat for supper that wouldnt make me fat since I dont exercise much after supper. recipes would be nice, and the count of calories for the food would be even better! oh, and Im a vegetarian so no meat

protein shakes all throughout the day, probably the most overlooked supplement, and also replace all drinks with water, lean skinless chicken breast is also perfect

a good breakfast would be fiber (breads, oats,), fruits, yogurts. You can do a search for the American Diabetic Association and I am sure you can find a great diet there. Just choose about how many calories you need to consume to maintain your weight and stick with that. Also you are not supposed to exercise for about 2 hours after eating. It gives your body adequate time to digest the food properly.

Egg beaters. 30cals per 1/4 cup.
Oatmeal made with water or fat free milk
Special K makes an eggo waffle now thats only 60 calories, and if you get a sugar free syrup or put peanut butter on top, it still stays pretty low calorie.

fruits . vegs pasta.
no salt no spices
cottage cheese no real cheese
just be cautions on the fat stuff s
