Before time and space existed, God is.
God created time and space.
God exists outside of time and space.
God sustains time and space.

Another case of getting the cart before the horse. God created time, and he is not on this treadmill. (C'mon, God must be finite because i own a watch?)
I always try to be an honest Christian. Perhaps You could try to be a gentle atheist.
I remember when i was a kid i had no difficulty understanding eternity in the future, but the eternal past was beyond my imagination. Maybe when You get a little older . . . and learn to spell expansion . . . and the difference between "then" and "than". . . .

Well you assume that time is a constant thing. Physics states that time came into being when matter came into being. My Christin view has God ceating all matter and thus time. Since God created time He is not bound by it. The word I hear alot is transcending.
Why do we have watches? To know when we have to go to lunch, arrive at school, ect.
Also I would like you to consider that atheism and evolution are religions (since a religion is any set of belifes that determins how you live your life). So you must understand that it is not science vs. religion... but it is religion vs. religion.
Also i would recomend doing reseach on evolution since it has no real tangible evidence it is only theory.
Christ be with you.

Everything has a cause because...
...you've exhaustively tested all things?
What silliness. If you start an argument removing an option without any proof for the necessity for it's removal, then you have no argument at all.
As to it not being "logical" I would "beg" to differ. Most people haven't taken even a basic logic course. Nor have you. We have direct evidence of things "poofing" into existence in the field of particle physics.
I'm not a Christian (not even religious), but I have little tolerance for poorly constructed arguments that are circular, and use their conclusion as part of their premises.

God is an entity But check out nature. The definition of nature calls it an essence. An essence is an entity. An entity is eternal. Must be the same thing. Boy that will mess some thinking up.

Look at it this way, God created time along with everything else.
After all, what is time ? How is it measured?
One little planet racing around a sun. Each circle measured as a year...............Try the measure on Mercury or Jupiter and see what it does to time.

the same way that atheists believe that the matter that makes up the universe was always here.
