He is in the armed forces and the frogs i am guessing are green, this would indicate the people he is there with, judging the dream I wonder if he is in charge of people, because i am getting that he is and the dream indicates that he is valued by them that they trust him maybe he is worried about this because of the unpredictability of this war, he obvoiusly cares about the troops so I hope for your family the best.

I believe it is based on the order in which the military expects you to live. Even though I have been out for several years the dreams still find there way into my night. It is not an omen, it is a way of life forced on to you. The good thing is they teach you to survive, the bad thing is bullets don't have an agenda. The news tells us how many people died today, but never how many survived.

According to Dreamcrowd:

To see your son in your dream, signifies your ideal, hopes, potential, and the youthful part of yourself. On the other hand, to see your son in your dream might not have any significance and is simply mirroring your waking life. The dream may also be a pun on "sun". If you don't have a son and dream that you are searching for him, represents the undeveloped masculine aspect of your own self. You need to acknowledge the youth and child in you.

Frogs are associated with things of a "plague" nature. Not neccessarily diseases, but being in a plague infected area and everywhere you go the plague follows you. It can be associated with the warfare, poverty, disease, worry, stress, and on and on.
