This was someone else's answer I turned into a question. (sorry lindsay)
If I have no physical body how will I feel pain. I know science is not the strong point of most christians but it sort of defies physics.

God is unable to let anyone other than Christians into hell, but he is perfectly capable and willing to bend the laws of physics to make sure that anyone who doesn't worship him suffers in agony for eternity. Yes, God is truly loving.

Good point, I do not know if it defies physics as you say, but it defies biology. I think it is supposed to mean spiritual pain.

It is because of transubstantiation: that is, the retarded idea that our soul duplicates our physical body, that exists in this life, in the afterlife. So, basically, the afterlife is idenitcal to this life, except it lasts forever (NOW for some reason), and it will consist of only good or only bad. It is the ultimate exercise in dichotomic thinking, and in general lack of creativity.

Its not science that we have wrong, it is your understanding of the scriptures. In the final times all people will be raised from the dead to recive judgment from Jesus. Those who follow him will recive a not guilty and all others are convicted. The convicted are then thrown into hell brain, nervous system, soul and all. I will pray for you.

Hell is not a place of physics. And you will probably have something way more sensitive than a nervous system.
