Those who answered "the bible" apparently haven't read it. A collection of barbaric stories of murder, rape, slavery, animal and human sacrifice, and bigotry in no way meets the criteria.

Well since someone stole my first answer, (The Book of Truth and Love)...
Could anyone ever write a book that contained NOTHING BUT truth and love? Wouldn't any book that contained truth inherently have some unloving things, or vice versa? At least I think so. A book of light would have to have darkness in it too, or else it would be completely unintelligible to us mere human beings.

I would call it "INCOMPLETE", unless its target audience was children under the age of 8.
Real life contains serious ugliness, and any serious treatise on truth would mention that. Love, too, is nice, but is often outnumbered by apathy and hate. It wouldn't be "honest" to gloss over that fact.
Even the Bible has accounts of both lies and hatred, half-truths and apathy. Telling a story doesn't mean all the actions in a story are promoted!
