Not a bit. They are both telling Christians to correct one another. In Matthew, Jesus is telling us to do it with a humble heart. We must correct our own attitude first, which is symbolized by the beam, so that we can remove the speck from the brother's eye. The speck symbolizes that brother's sin. In fact, Colossians 3:16 could be interpreted to mean you should pay attention to Matthew 7:5 when you correct someone. It says "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly..." Matthew 7:5 was the words of Jesus Christ.

Matthew 7:5 was still old testament. The people were still under the law. Jesus had not been crucified, died, and resurrected. Once He ascended on high, the law was fulfilled in Him. Where there is no law, there is grace.

I don't see any contradiction there. Jesus' admonition not to judge does not mean we should be constantly approving everything about each other. He speaks out against a critical spirit (he actually criticizes those who have a critical spirit!).
What He is looking for is love, humility, and mutual acceptance. When we have that attitude, we can still warn somebody who is behaving in a way that is inconsistent with his profession.

Nope. These two verses are part of two different discussions, dealing with different aspects of holy living. The do not contradict each other at all.

Picking out verses like this, and claiming "CONTRADICTION", is like pulling out a cookbook, and saying it lacks internal cohesion due to differences in methods for cooking steaks and corn-on-the-cob.

No, just complimentary...Colossians tells us to teach and admonish others, Matthew tells us to make sure that we have our own house in order before we do that.

Context. The first was directed at those who pat themselves on the back for how good they are. The second was to Christians, you know sinners saved by the grace of God, by faith alone in Christ alone.

No. One verse is saying do not criticize your brother for the same sins you are guilty of and the other verse is encouraging teaching and directing.
