how many calories?

ok so today i made this chicken salad
i put the chicken in the oven with pams non stick spray
3-4 leaves of ramain lettuce ,a little bit of parmessan cheese ,and half a table spoon of ranch.
how many calrories do you think is in that?

It depends on how much chicken there was.

I'd say maybe 250-350....but that's just a guess.

Go to fitwatch.com and then to nutrition and then recipe analyzer. Fill in the ingredients and let it do the math.
