Remember that there is NO GRAY AREA. If it sounds like it's a bad thiing, strongly disagree. If it's a good thing, strongly agree. We were taught that this is a personality trait test when I majored in Criminal Justice. I have gotten a couple of jobs from employers who use this.

There is no such thing as passing or failing these tests. If you answered the way you think they want you to, they can tell you are NOT being honest. That was your biggest mistake. If there is a next time, just be honest. Trying to give the 'right' answers is the WORST thing you can do.

It's not a matter of passing or not passing. These kind of tests tell them about you, so trying to answer it the way you think they want is actually your first mistake. You need to answer it for yourself. A good manager would be able to tell if you are lieing, and who wants to hire a lier, right?

Just be yourself and answer things truthfully, and I'm sure the next time you do one you'll be much better off.

Good luck, next time.

These kinds of tests are not about pass and fail in like a grade scoring sense. They are tools used by employers to get an idea about ones attitude and character. Tools they use to judge how well or not you would fit in/benefit their business.

The test you took was a personality test. They are looking for specific individuals. If you want to pass this test, you must give the answers you THINK they want to hear, not what you think is right.

It's not about right or wrong answers, it's about whether your personality and beliefs are compatible with theirs. Always be honest when you take these tests. Good luck with your job search!

Instead of trying to answer how you believe they want you to you should have just told the truth. They likely think you are deceptive from your answers.

They're trying to find out who you are. Are you honest? Are you dependable? What do you care about? That's what they're after.

it's not pass/fail, it's to see where your head is at.
