I've tried it. It's not as horrible as many people make it out to be but it's not that great either. It's a paste, which I believe is made of soybeans, and is commonly used as a sandwich spread in Australia.

Er, I don't know why this is in the spirituality section, but it's a black yeasty spread that's popular in Australia. It's extremely salty and strong, and definitely an acquired taste.
