Try getting a rag/cloth that is about the size of your face, and then put it in water that is as hot as you can stand it.
Then put it on your face and keep it there until it starts to cool,
that helps your by opening your poors, after that get a cleanser or a toner and apply that to your face, dont be affraid to use as many cottonballs as you want. (so then you're not rubbing the oils from your skin all around your face)
That or proactive.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Cleanse your face with unboiled milk, gently rub a coarse cloth dipped in milk to remove the blackheads. Steam your face with herbs like lavender, lemon peel and mint leaves added to the water and let the skin soak up its goodness. Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.

try home remedies they're cheap and easy. Wash your face with plain fat free yogurt. Just rub it on your face and wash off. Then make a paste out of some baking soda and water making it thick and rub it on leaving it overnight. Also try rubbing the area with the skin of a lemon. If that doesn't work go see a dermatologist.

You have open pores that's why. You go to a professional facial center., Have them removed and after that start a new skin regimen. Use natural products such calamansi or lemon, papaya and cucumber for your facial at home. these can lessen open pores. Eat healthy foods and get enough rest. Keep your skin clean and avoid using make up. natural looks is still the best.

you're probably going to think i'm crazy.. but scrub your face with an electric toothbrush.. it honestly works, or at least it has for me.. it cleans out your pores very well and removes dead skin..
when i use the toothbrush method i use st. ives scrub.. and my face always feels very clean.. i do it about three times a week and my face has never felt cleaner.. i also use proactiv each morning and night..
and using a mineral based make up would probably help a lot.. i use bare minerals.. it's expensive but it's amazing and very good for your skin..
you'll probably never get rid of them all.. but i really think the toothbrush will help.. and hey it doesn't hurt to try right?
i do it and i get compliments on my skin all the time..
i hope this helps..

my suggestion is if they live with you and they are not paying rent then get an order of protection so thay can stop showing up. that will get rid of them. my mom had to do that to my dad and my other siblings.
