At 177 pounds and at 147 you were within the normal range for your height.

Your diet is totally inadequate if you are only eating salad and a banana, you are putting your health at extreme risk by not eating protein, fat, carbohydrates and dairy. You should be eating about 2500 to 3000 calories a day at your activity level.

If you feel fat at your current weight and feel guilty about even the meagre amount of food you are eating, then you are anorexic. Please contact your college counselling department for help, they will likely provide counselling for free. Do it soon before your damage your health beyond repair.

You are hurting yourself. The exercise will not harm you, however your diet will. You really should eat three square meals a day (eating breakfast actually helps you lose weight). The meals should be well balanced and include fruits, vegetables, carbohydrates, and meat (for protein). You should also get plenty of fiber. I would not worry about all of the walking since our bodies were designed for it. But you really need to improve your diet, since you are underweight for your height.

You are fine. Actually you could gain more weight and still be fine for your height. You should probably eat more, though. Your body needs lots of nutrients.
