What is a good free .avi converter for converting .avi files to .wmv, or how do i make .avi files into videos.

yes ive tried typing avi converter into google but they dont convert the entire thing for free and i dont feel like paying for something because Windows doesnt recognize .avi files as videos.

I am guessing that you are probably the 3000th person that has asked this.
Did you try to type AVI Converter into Google. You will get more responces than you have time to check on.

dvdsanta.... converts avi into dvd files amongst othr things...takes a while though : )
