In my high school the 4th year science is your desicion to pick. It's either:

Aquatic Science
Anatomy
Physics
or
Pyscholgy(This is considered a social studies class, but i only have room for one of the classes listed above.)

I want to take Honors or AP anatomy, but would the others show better for colleges? I'm intrested in going to Baylor College of Medicine, in Houston.

Thank you :)

Then Anatomy for sure, but yes you will have to take Physics along the way. However, anatomy is a core course and more important. You will take it again in school and the more exposure you have to it the better off you will do.

Application for Baylor: http://www.baylor.edu/admissions/index.php?id=16714
Give this page to your High School Counselor for a little leg up: http://www.baylor.edu/admissions/index.php?id=16699

Or use this form: http://www.baylor.edu/about/index.php?id=20609
And ask the admissions office directly.

Either anatomy or physics will be fine. And don't worry about medical school yet.
Anatomy would be my recommendation if you're a city girl and don't know anything about the subject. If you're a country girl and have a little knowledge in the area, then physics might be a better choice.
I grew up in the country and hunted from a young age, so I had a basic knowledge of things like where the liver is. You'll be exposed to both later, anyway, so you're just looking for a little background familiarity at your level.

Anatomy is rather simple - just memorization. Physics would be better to take in high school. Why? - To make it easier when you take it in college. In college you need top grades. I thought med school was easy. Getting into med school is the tough part because of the competition. Anything that helps you get A's in college will help you have your choice of med schools. Take the physics.

You may be interested in Baylor, but no medical school looks at the high school transcript. Concentrate on getting into a university and doing well there.

Physics. You shouldn't get out of high school without having had physics.

Personally, I hated physics, but took it in high school and college. Sometimes you have to do what you need, not what you want.

It will better prepare you for college physics.

And it's true that med schools don't care about high school. High schhol grades are just ot get you into college. Med schools want to see you do well in college.
