A note. So he would use a deposit slip. Then he would realise that he didn't have a pen, spend a few frantic minutes looking for one, then wait in line 15 minutes to borrow one from the teller. She would ask him to step and let other customers be served while he works on the deposit slip. Then he would have to ask if hold-up is one word (holdup) or two (hold up). The teller would become suspscious and quietly tip off security. The robber would hand her the note. She would say that she couldn't accept it because it doesn't have a valid account number. He ould say he doesn't have an account with that bank. She would tell him he can't have any money unless he opens an account. So then he would have to wait in another line for 15 minutes so he could set up an account. But before it was actually his turn he would have to potty really bad and leave the line to use the rest room. When he got done he would have to start over again at the back of line. FINALLY he would have his turn to open an account. Just after he finished filling out the paperwork with his name, address, and social security number the police would arrest him. THE END!

I think this is a joke.
But, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactive disorder), has a few effects that might make the robber, "forgetful". Mostly, it is the distractibility. A robber would most likely be focused on something beyond the immediate. So I would think he/she would forget the "bag" for the money or the note to pass the teller.
Unless of course they were properly medicated with some of the new AHDH medications, forms of methylphenidate.

Insufficient information. Possible answers include: The demand note, the weapon, the getaway car, a bag for the money, etc. ADHD has NOTHING to do with this list. Most crooks are not the brightest people. Even normal people do stupid things from time to time.

He would forget his ski mask and as soon as he got into the lobby he would get distracted by the low interest rate ads and end up opening an account. After depositing his money instead of stealing from the cashiers he would walk out to the front parking lot and not remember where he parked. (At the back door with the engine running.)

They might get bored while they are robbing the bank and leave before the teller fills the bag.

Which kind of ADHD, hyper-active or inattentive? ADHD isn't about memory, it's about lack of focus.
