that happens to me if the water is too hot my dr told me I have something that doesnt cool my blood off fast enough so I feel faint if I get to hot then cold like in the shower ...so maybe you have something like this or it could be an anxiety attack if you have been under stress

i get this a lot when i eat a meal later than i should. but then I'm hypoglycemic and have to eat a certain amount of times a day or i get very sick and light headed. another reason could simply be that your body was trying to adjust to the rapid change in temperature. I'm not sure either one of these so if i were you I'd take this to my doctor. or if you don't want to pay that bill you can try webmd.com or call one of those "on call" nurses. good luck!

This happens to me alot also. I'm really not shure what it's from but my uncle is a doctor and I asked him. He said that if you are low weight it will happen more offten than not, more and more as you get older. He said it can happen from moving to quickly or being in a room with a bright light and moving alot. Hope this helps ^-^
