Muscle weighs more than fat, that being said u may weigh more but you will look toner and more fit if your body is untrained you will most likely have more fat than gained muscle you will therefore weigh less,i wouldnt worry about looking manly u wont.

Sit ups and push ups will not make you gain muscle mass unless you are constantly challenging those muscles to do more. If you do the same number of these exercises every day, you won't gain muscle mass, but you will tone the muscles you already have there.

while it might make you gain a small amount of weight, you don't have to worry about looking "all manly". Men and women both react differently to exercise, as you tone up you will still have curves and look like a woman. Men have more testosterone and other hormones which cause them to develop as they do, while women don't. The only recommendation I would make is to stop doing "knee pushups" and start regular pushups, they are a really good overall body exercise.

Hi there

Just do more cardio with few sit ups and push ups in between and you'll be fine.

Best wishes

Weight gain doesnt mean fat gain. Sticking to your routine correctly, you will burn fat and gain lean muscle, leaving you with the toned body you desire!
