If YOU paid for it, then he has NO right - but if your DAD did, then he can do ANYTHING he likes with it ;););)

Did you earn the money that bought it? If not, then it probably is.

Now you would probably rather hear that, no that's not fair and your dad should be tared and feathered for doing such a terrible thing to you.

How well off is your cousin's father? It could be that your dad still feels responsible to his brother or sister and can help out with an extra game console.

First of all this sucks, but you have to consider your dad's side. first of all did you buy it or did he. if he bought it he has all the right to do what he wants with it, even though it might suck. On the other hand if you bought it i would sit and talk to your dad and tell him he is being completely unreasonable. if you spent your own money on the wii, than it is yours and you shouldn't have to give it away.

I quess I need to know more, how old are you and who paid for it,but IM stilling leaning toward why did he take yours even if you have done something wrong I dont think its right.Maybe your cousins parents cant afford to by one ,but in that case I would still have to say no,he could have gotten a new one for your cousin.

omg i love that game. i dont think thats fair at all!!!! u should compromise and keep urs and maybe help pitch in alittle money to pay for a new one for him. im not saying alot but just enough to help. or u could share urs like he gets it for a while then u get it for a while. thats more fair.

Well, maybe you can find someone who doesn't have a watch or a TV and give him your dad's! He probably wouldn't mind. He sounds like a generous guy ...

That depends on the rest of the story. With only the information you've provided, I'd have to say no.

It is not fair. If you paid for it, your father should consider you before your cousin.
