The only possible way for a person to 'forget' his native language is if he or she lives in a foreign country and speaks that language for so long. If you use English less and less, gradually you might forget some. I doubt you'd forget ALL of it.

Unless you have a stroke, you are not going to forget how to speak your native language. Also, English is the most complex language with the largest vocabulary. If you have developed a decent grasp of the English language, you can learn any language.

We forget english regardless.
But no, learning another language doesn't make you forget your own. Unless you spend the next 40-50 years not using it At All.

Well, I'm a Spanish native speaker, and I'm learning English... and I'm forgetting words in Spanish, so, I read a lot of books in Spanish and that helps, but my vision is to speak a almost-perfect English...

you never really forget your first language but you might accidentally say a word in japanese as a replacement if you like how it sounds.

no. cause i am saudi. so my first language is arabic (and to everyone that's not arabic, arabic is a complex language) so i didn't forget my english, even better, i learned spanish as well.
