If it was the meat that was bad you would have been sick a lot sooner than Saturday. The food born pathogens that make you sick would have attacked your body faster than that. You probably got sick from something else or just caught a bug.
Edit:
I miss typed, I was thinking Saturday but meant to type Thursday.

Hello:
If you have food poisoning you will know it trust me! I used to work with a girl who had the brilliant idea of letting shredded pork,"defrost,"out on the kitchen counter only she didn't tell me this is how she defrosted this AHEAD OF TIME,or I wouldn't have touched it! Anyway, she brought in barbecued pork into work in a crock pot and me and my two other friends ate some of it,this was on a Sunday afternoon by the way.
Anyway,by Monday morning my friends and I were SO SICK,we had projectile vomiting, projectile diarrhea, and we had a fever of 103 degrees. It hit us that quick and as soon as we would lay down,we would have to run LITERALLY to the bathroom before we got violently ill again. All three of us ended up in the hospital emergency room, and we were admitted to the hospital for FOUR DAYS,because we were so sick and ill from food poisoning.
I say, that it definitely sounds like food poisoning to me and PLEASE go and see your doctor, because you can dehydrate so quickly from being so ill! I hope that you start to feel better soon, and remember to rest as much as you can and you will be in my thoughts and prayers!

You would have been sick within an hour of eating if you had food poisoning. Did anyone else get sick?
Think back 2 weeks earlier. Were you around anyone who was sick then? Normally a virus takes 14 days to germinate in your body and make you sick.

Probably is food poisoning. It's easy to get eating outdoors. The grill could have been contaminated with raw meat juices, the food not cooked long enough, or if you had something with mayonaise it could have been left out too long.

It's possible that you have a food borne infection, your safest bet is to see your doctor immediately.
