I yell at people driving too fast through my neighborhood. Should I buy a cane and rocking chair so I can sit on my porch or am I right in doing so?

Depends on why you're yelling. If it's because the speeding people could potentially run over the many children who play along your street, I'd say you're just a concerned citizen.

If you're just being cantankerous, then, yeah get the rocker and sit on the porch listening to Tony Benet on the gramophone.

(Or, you could start yelling at town council meetings and try to get more speed trapping on your street....)

No - we do it to - "Slow down!". Drives me nuts.....all it takes is for one child to step out in the street and some of those people won't be able to stop in time.
