for the past 2 days my left nut got a bit smaller then the other 1 and it's now harder then the other 1. and for the past 2 nights i can't sleep because it hurts a little bit. And i just want 2 know if that is cancer because all my life i prayed i wouldn't have cancer and i really don't want it.
but anyways do u think it is cancer, or is it something else?

It sounds more like testicular shrinkage. It may hurt but of the pain does not subside after a week then consult a physician. You may need to find out what is causing the testicles to shrink. Hardening may just be another side affect to the testicals. I don't think that you have cancer but if you do It can be easy to treat. You will have to have part or all of it removed if it is (but unlikely)

I've known several guys who have had similar symptoms, went to the doctor and none got cancer, but they had other issues (bladder or prostate stuff) and had to take medication and somewhat restrain themselves from excessive sexual activity, while on the medicine, etc.
So my suggestion is, go to a doctor, he'll ask you to take some blood tests, and those tests will determine for sure whether is cancer or not, or which other thing could be happening, which will be determined by the doctor's further physical examination.

well i dont wanna scare you by saying something dats really wrong my suggestion is 2 go make a visit to ur doctor and hopefully its just nuttin

come on. we can't possibly tell you what's going on. you're obviously concerned so why not have the doc look at it? he/she can tell you exactly what it is and put your mind at ease.
