I have had acid reflux probs in the past, but they are under control now with Prilosec. Even though I never have the chest pain anymore, I have terrible breath problems! Especially after pizza or alot of soda. But alot of times it is just totally random. Brushing, flossing, etc. doesn't make a difference. Strong chewing gum will mask it for a little while, but I would like to solve the actual problem! Dr. and dentist haven't a clue. No one can tell me what this is! Any ideas?

If there is no dental problem or systemic problem (physical) then the only other is what you eat. This is the only thing left since the other two are not the problem.

Try to get some of the strong fluoride that dentists use. Try all different types of gum, mints, those liquid breath sprays, everything. Also try different types of toothpaste. I hope this helps and good luck.
