Yes, I have.
Just what we need. It makes it easier for people to hit.
Maybe they thought the flag wasn't enough and that the users didn't quite get that when you hit the flag you actually reported someone.
Perhaps they think that placing words beside it would cut down on the amount of reported questions and answers.
I think they should just do away with it all together.
