As long as the person is an adult ( 18 or older) does it matter how old the individual is that they fall in love with and date...If an 18 year old falls in love with a 43 year old ( genuinely not involving money or anything ridiculous) is it okay?

Depends on what you are willing to sacrifice. Most young people dont realize how fast life is going to fly by. There is no time to get this wrong. Babies are best brought into the world at a certain age and at a certain time in the couples relationship. Its pretty hard to get in sinc when one is a lot older and the other is a lot younger. Is one of you willing to spend your best years to nurse an oldster? Maybe they can share a love and respect for one anothers age and not have sex or get married.

I think it all depends on similarities and sharing common interests. Typically, if someone is around your age you can relate to eachother, gone through similar situations etc...but with a much older person there is a huge age gap and I am betting there will be very few things in common because of age. For example... I wouldn't expect a 43yr old man to want to have a long term relationship with someone in their late teens early twenties.. infact I would think it is weird that they would relate to someone that much younger...same maturity level, same likes...
Maybe the age thing wouldn't be a problem in the beginning because chances are the relationship was formed because of a mutual attraction...mutual attraction can happen at a very shallow level and I wouldn't expect it to be any more than that.

I think it's okay, as long as the love is sincere by both parties and the man isn't some 50 year old pedophile with alterior motives.
